Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Manager to support the
Enterprise Content & Training (ECT) organization. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and improving project and contract tracking processes, conducting detailed analysis of existing projects, identifying discrepancies, and bringing greater structure and operational consistency across multiple initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, transparent, comfortable working independently, and able to bring organization and clarity to complex or ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project and contract audits and perform detailed analysis of existing projects and processes.
- Review project and contract status using internal systems, including SharePoint and Oracle-based contract tracking tools.
- Investigate active, inactive, and cancelled contracts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Identify discrepancies in project data, processes, systems, and contract records.
- Develop, improve, and maintain project tracking processes, dashboards, reporting structures, and documentation.
- Create and maintain project trackers to improve visibility, accountability, and status reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Content, Royalties, and other business stakeholders.
- Gather information from stakeholders, resolve discrepancies, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support process governance and drive consistency across multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Bring structure and organization to unclear or disorganized project environments.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of Project Management or project coordination experience.
- Strong experience creating and maintaining project tracking processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Advanced organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management and tracking tools.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis and identify project, process, or data discrepancies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Publishing or Technology industry.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.

About the Team
The Enterprise Content & Training (ECT) organization produces and manages professional technical learning content, including books, video courses, live training, certification programs, cybersecurity training, networking content, and AI learning solutions.
The team works across multiple initiatives and requires additional support to strengthen project organization, contract tracking, reporting, and operational processes. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate and visible impact by improving structure, accountability, and project visibility across the organization.
