You Are:

A Healthcare Operation Director who will Lead the operational strategy, governance, and execution of the enterprise Compliance Modernization Platform, ensuring regulatory requirements are efficiently translated into business processes, technology solutions, and measurable compliance outcomes. You will serve as the primary operational and subject matter expert leader driving platform adoption, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment across Compliance, Business, IT, and Operations.

The Opportunity:



  • Own the day-to-day operations, governance, and performance of the Compliance Modernization Platform.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate new regulatory requirements into actionable business and technology initiatives.
  • Oversee regulatory intake, impact assessments, prioritization, and execution across business functions.
  • Drive platform growth, adoption, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement through standardized workflows and best practices.
  • Manage platform releases, feature enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to measure compliance, operational performance, and business value.
  • Partner with Client's Compliance, Legal, Business, Product, and Technology leaders to ensure enterprise alignment and timely implementation.
  • Govern platform data quality, audit readiness, documentation, and end-to-end traceability from regulation to implementation.
  • Provide oversight of AI-enabled compliance automation initiatives, ensuring appropriate governance, human oversight, and measurable efficiency gains.
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and resource needs while driving issue resolution and continuous optimization.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and evidence management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while mentoring platform operations and business analysts.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison and trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong executive relationships and ensuring successful platform adoption and long-term satisfaction.
  • Lead client governance meetings, operational reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align platform capabilities with evolving business and regulatory priorities.
  • Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization, platform enhancements, and expanded business value.



What you need:



  • At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare Operations with at least 5 years' experience in compliance



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $134,000-201,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
