About The Job: Under the general direction of the Manager and Specialist, analyze and process contract, license and registration terminations for Northwestern Mutual Life, Northwestern Long Term Care Insurance Company and Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC (NMIS). Must maintain up-to-date knowledge on termination types, Company policies, contractual relationships, contract law basics and systems requirements to process terminations effectively (timely, accurately and confidentially). Update and maintain address records on the NMFN database including group office moves. Demonstrates precise accuracy in all job functions. Strategic Thinking - Uses critical thinking and knowledge of business demand to plan, design, prioritize and execute high impact initiatives and programs. Policy & Procedures - Analyzes current policies and procedures, identifies gaps or areas for improvement, and develops and implements new policies and procedures to address those gaps. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as effectively communicates policies and procedures to employees and stakeholders. Understands the various components of a workflow, identifies bottlenecks, and implements improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
