Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the seamless flow of operations within a vibrant creative studio and visual merchandising team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing essential product samples, maintaining impeccable organization, and providing crucial administrative support. Your impact will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of creative projects, ensuring that products are perfectly presented and ready for prime time.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and organize seasonal product samples, making them readily available for creative studio and visual merchandising needs.
  • Track sample arrivals diligently, maintain accurate records, and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams.
  • Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets, ensuring optimal accessibility and organization for all studio activities.
  • Support studio set preparation and uphold overall studio cleanliness and efficiency, creating an inspiring and functional workspace.
  • Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team, contributing to impactful initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support overarching team goals.
  • Support with studio photography tasks, contributing to the visual representation of products.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability and meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications



  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
