Overview
The Commercial Products and Infrastructure (CPI) organization is responsible for driving Microsoft Cloud & AI (artificial intelligence) capacity, margin excellence, and resource allocation rigor across Microsoft's portfolio. Within CPI, the Resource Investment Strategy finance team is an exciting and fast-evolving team that partners deeply with engineering leaders to ensure $20B+ resources across ~100K FTEs (full-time employees) are continuously aligned to strategic engineering priorities. We currently have an opening for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager, Windows and Devices Engineering, to cover a wide range of responsibilities, which includes various modeling and business analysis, partnering with engineering leaders on resource allocation decisions, and creation and ownership of efficient financial processes. We need a motivated and agile system thinker, who can demonstrate intellectual curiosity and navigate ambiguity and complexity, to be the trusted finance advisor to our engineering leaders and drive success for our business partners. This role enables you to develop a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) mindset and influence leadership to drive expense management and resource allocation decisions, continuously aligning investments and costs with a prioritized engineering product roadmap. #Finance Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
