Job Description

Group 93 is seeking a uniquely skilled individual to join our team as a member of the Assistant Technical Staff. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency to help architect execute the group's technical initiatives. You will work with technical leads for the group's projects to develop technical solutions to the toughest problems facing the military. You will provide documentation of your technical work, through briefings and presentations. You will work on data analysis and algorithm development to support the group's research efforts.



Requirements:



  • Bachelors in Physics, Mathematics or Applied Mathematics
  • Clear evidence of academic excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical ideas
  • Familiarity with high level programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) to solve scientific or engineering modeling or data analysis problems
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to lead exploration into new technical areas in support of the group's mission


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Course work in a technical area related to the Group's mission, such as, signal processing, dynamical modeling, high volume data analytics
  • Knowledge of optical, radar or passive RF sensors
  • Understanding of orbital astrodynamics

Recent Graduate Hiring Range:$100,200-$120,000
Experienced Hiring Range: $100,200-$150,000
