What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate telecommunications technologies and develop network designs aligned with critical infrastructure and service requirements.
  • Architect and engineer modern, scalable telco services to replace legacy copper-based solutions.
  • Design and implement network solutions that respond to evolving customer requirements and long-term objectives.
  • Apply best practices in network design, capacity planning, and service continuity to support mission-critical operations.
  • Manage the telecommunications design release lifecycle, support technical issue resolution, and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives and automation opportunities.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associate Degree
  • 8+ years of WAN telecommunications network experience
  • 8+ years of experience with database modeling software such as MetaSolv
  • 8+ years of experience in telecommunications carrier ordering systems and processes
  • 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Ethernet and TDM network infrastructures
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator and collaboration skills, able to work with a coordinate multiple teams
  • Able to work with minimal supervision with ability to lead in a team environment.
