Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Investor Relations Coordinator to join NRG's Investor Relations team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations, this individual will support the day-to-day execution of the Investor Relations program, including investor meetings, conferences and non-deal roadshows, scheduling, travel and other team activities.

The role will also support broader Investor Relations responsibilities, including meeting preparation, quarterly earnings activities and other projects. Responsibilities are expected to expand over time based on the individual's performance and capabilities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The individual should demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, ownership and follow-through, along with strong analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity.

Essential Responsibilities:

Executive Support

• Manage scheduling for the Vice President of Investor Relations
• Arrange business travel and prepare detailed itineraries
• Manage expense reporting and related activities
• Ensure appropriate follow-through on meeting requests and outstanding items

• Anticipate scheduling and travel needs and resolve issues as they arise

Investor Relations & Project Support

• Support preparation for investor meetings and senior management engagements, including investor profiles, briefing materials and schedules
• Support quarterly earnings preparation, investor presentations and other recurring Investor Relations deliverables
• Maintain investor meeting records, engagement history and other key team materials
• Partner with Finance, Communications, Legal and other cross-functional teams on Investor Relations activities and projects

• Support special projects and assume additional Investor Relations responsibilities as experience and capabilities develop

Investor Engagement & Event Coordination

• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows and other external engagements.
• Manage associated scheduling, logistics and materials.
• Support planning and execution of Investor Relations events and senior management engagements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in executive support, project management, event planning, or a related hybrid role
• Minimum 2 years of providing administrative support for executive-level management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experienced with SAP, Concur, or Navan expense and travel
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid work schedule, Monday-Thursday in a professional open office environment office; working remotely on Friday
• Minimum overtime, but it may be necessary to complete special projects or meet deadlines
• Minimal travel within the U.S.

The base salary range for this position is: $75,920 - $125,280* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
