Engineering Internship (Dubuque)

* Assist engineers with design, development, and testing activities.

* Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects.

* Create and update engineering drawings, models, and technical reports.

* Conduct research on materials, components, technologies, or methods as assigned.

* Support troubleshooting, quality checks, and failure analysis.

* Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and presentations.

* Follow company safety procedures, engineering standards, and best practices.

Education and/or Experience:

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Familiarity with engineering tools, software, or modeling techniques

* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CAD, MATLAB, Python, or other engineering software.

* Prior project, lab, or internship experience.

* Knowledge of industry standards or relevant technical concepts.
