Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and execution of coaching and/or talent development related initiatives and programs

• Contribute to firmwide coaching and talent development strategy

• Assist in design and oversight of internal communications and branding for coaching program

• Collaborate with key leadership on various talent development initiatives

• Willing and able to travel to connect with proteges, support and/or execute firm trainings, presentations, etc. as requested

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Is proactive, has a firm-first mentality and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills

• Foundation in coaching and/or talent development theory and practice and willingness to continue to learn and grow in these areas

• Very strong communication skills (written, verbal)

• Strong ability to relate to others and develop relationships

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Must be dynamic, flexible in their thinking, and able to maintain focus in a constantly changing environment

• High capability for tact and diplomacy

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidential information

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred but not required
• Possess a strong general knowledge of internal coaching and talent development functions

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Position may require lifting of up to 40 pounds across office
• Ability to travel and to attend networking and other function outside of regular business hours

The compensation range for this position is $40/hour and varies by location. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
