Orange County, CA \| Hybrid 6-Month Contract Opportunity We are partnering with a large, established organization seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement. This hybrid role will support financial planning and analysis with an emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate finance background, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to turn complex financial data into meaningful insights for business leaders. Key Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and period-end close activities Prepare revenue, profitability, and financial performance analyses Build and maintain financial models to support business planning Analyze key financial and operational metrics Prepare management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis Partner with operational and functional teams to provide financial guidance Support headcount planning and related financial analysis Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and FP&A processes Utilize financial planning and ERP systems to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 6+ years of corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related experience Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across different areas and levels of an organization Preferred Experience MBA or advanced degree is a plus Experience with enterprise ERP and financial planning systems Experience with Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, SAP, or similar platforms Background working within a large, complex corporate environment What We're Looking For We're looking for a hands-on financial professional who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact.
