Join DeZURIK as a Field Service Engineer and play a critical role in helping customers across the globe keep essential water and industrial systems operating at their best. What You'll Do As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of DeZURIK in the field, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and customer-focused solutions on-site. You'll work with industry-leading valve and control products while partnering with customers, representatives, contractors, and internal teams to solve real-world challenges. In This Role, You Will: Travel up to 70% of the time, both domestically and internationally, supporting customers across a wide range of industries. Perform installation support, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and technical service on DeZURIK products. Analyze systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations that help customers optimize performance. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical issues and improve products. Deliver detailed service reports and technical documentation following each customer visit. What We're Looking For High school diploma plus a 2-year Engineering degree or equivalent. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including experience with electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and confidently make decisions in the field. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
