Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, insight, and recommendations on existing retail requisition processes, including reporting, approval workflows, and new store staffing strategies.
• Manage data processing and approval of positions and requisitions based on store-level demand.
• Lead and implement process improvement projects to enhance scalability and support the expansion of the retail presence.
• Own and manage field-facing payroll policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support retail finance and field leadership, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
