SUMMARY As a National Sales Manager, you serve as a strategic connector between agencies, clients, and Spectrum Reach's evolving media ecosystem. You will lead national advertising efforts selling multi-market campaigns, while helping clients navigate the increasingly complex media landscape across linear TV, streaming, and advanced advertising solutions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships with agencies and brands, and focusing on delivering innovative, cross-platform solutions. Articulating client strategies using industry knowledge to expand business opportunities Developing positive relationships with clients and partners Driving revenue and positive results Partnering with local and regional sales teams to develop and execute multi-market advertising solutions across linear, digital, and addressable platforms Leading RFP responses and negotiations with agencies and national advertisers to secure long-term, high-value partnerships Analyzing market trends, audience data, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and inform pricing and sales strategy QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience: Media/Ad sales experience (5+ years) Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, collaboration, sales Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses Preferred Qualifications Experience with National Sales within the industry (2+ years) Management or leadership experience (2+ years) #LI-MS5 SAS537 2026-84287 SAS537 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $196,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $73,133.
