Package coffee and tea products, bag coffee beans or grinded coffee, create boxes, put labels on boxes, manufacturing/assembly environment

Job Duties

• Package coffee and tea products for shipment and distribution.
• Bag coffee beans and ground coffee according to production standards.
• Assemble and build product boxes for packaging.
• Apply labels accurately to boxes and finished products.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in fast food, manufacturing, assembly, production, or packaging is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Worked in fast food, manufacturing, assembly or production
• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Production Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift.
• Lift and move products weighing 10-20 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a production and packaging environment
