About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Visual Designer to join a dedicated team focused on end-to-end digital website projects for one of the largest and most innovative creative technology companies in the world. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating creative visions and product narratives into thoughtfully crafted, visually compelling digital designs. You'll not only execute stunning design work but also play a crucial role in mentoring junior designers, elevating the overall quality and impact of the team's output. What You'll Do

• Lead the design of end-to-end digital website projects, transforming creative ideas and product stories into clear, compelling, and beautifully executed digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, UX Designers, Production teams, and client stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions.
• Own the design process from initial exploration and conceptualization through to final execution, ensuring a high level of craft and attention to detail.
• Create differentiating, modern, and on-brand design solutions that not only meet project requirements but also bring an extra layer of innovation and creativity.
• Work confidently within established design systems and component libraries, understanding when to leverage existing patterns and when to introduce innovative new elements.
• Communicate and present design solutions effectively to both internal teams and clients, clearly articulating design choices and describing web interactions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced designers, sharing knowledge and contributing to the overall growth and quality of the team's work.
• Stay abreast of the latest design practices, technologies, and trends, identifying opportunities to creatively incorporate them to elevate user experience and design quality.
• Maintain consistent quality and tone across all project deliverables, from early-stage explorations to final builds.
• Actively participate in feedback sessions, adeptly incorporating constructive criticism while confidently contributing your own informed point of view.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of dedicated digital design experience, with a proven track record of working on complex websites and digital experiences within agency or in-house environments.
• A strong, modern portfolio that clearly demonstrates thoughtful visual design across various digital experiences, showcasing exceptional craft and meticulous attention to detail.
• Mastery of Figma and Sketch, coupled with a deep understanding of design systems and how to effectively utilize and contribute to component libraries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote.
• Excellent proactive communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate effectively within large, dynamic teams.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, with experience partnering seamlessly with Art Direction, UX, Copy, Motion, Production, and client teams.
• An optimistic, collaborative attitude, genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding work and fostering positive working relationships.
• A strong ability to translate creative concepts, product narratives, and copy into engaging digital experiences across diverse screens and contexts.
