Content Strategist

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

* 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, UX Content, Content Design, UX Writing, or a related field.

* Strong copywriting, editing, and content development experience.

* Experience creating content for websites, digital products, or enterprise platforms.

* Understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and user-centered design.

* Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

* Excellent communication, organization, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to translate complex business or technical information into clear, user-friendly content.

* Partnership experience with UX, Design, and Product teams.

* Experience developing content strategies, standards, or governance frameworks.

* Experience leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to improve content.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Content Strategist is responsible for creating and optimizing content experiences across enterprise digital platforms and tools. This role combines content strategy, UX thinking, research, and analytics to create clear, engaging, and user-centered experiences for institutional clients and internal users.

Working closely with Product, Design, Technology, and Business teams, the Content Strategist translates business requirements into effective content solutions that improve usability, engagement, and adoption.

Content Strategy & Planning

* Partner with UX designers, product teams, and stakeholders to create, edit, proof, and optimize digital content.

* Support content strategies that align business goals and user needs.

* Conduct content reviews and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.

* Help maintain content standards, guidelines, and best practices across digital experiences.

UX & Journey Design

* Apply UX and content design principles to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.

* Simplify complex information into clear, concise, and actionable content.

* Contribute to improving user journeys through effective content and messaging.

Content Organization

* Help organize and structure content to improve usability and discoverability.

* Support navigation, labeling, and content consistency across digital experiences.

* Partner with designers and product teams to ensure content is easy to find and understand.

Content Op timization & Innovation

* Support digital content initiatives, including emerging technologies and AI-enabled experiences where applicable.

* Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and brand alignment.

* Identify opportunities to improve content quality and user engagement.

Research, Analytics & Optimization

* Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to inform content decisions.

* Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

* Apply insights to enhance engagement and overall user experience.

Collaboration & Communication

* Partner closely with Product, Design, Technology, and business stakeholders.

* Participate in reviews, workshops, and working sessions to align content with user and business needs.

* Communicate content recommendations clearly and effectively.
