Follow work orders, production specifications, and operating procedures. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Coordinate with assembly, shipping, and other production departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED. Previous CNC or machine operating experience, entry-level candidates are welcome! Forklift experience required; forklift certification is a plus. What Sets You Apart: Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Additional Information: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
