Job Summary

The Lead Solutions Integrations - Cybersecurity will help define cybersecurity strategies, guide the identification of cybersecurity capabilities as well as drive the decisioning of accompanying technology selections to protect Harley-Davidson. This role will lead the evaluation and selection of technology that strengthens our security posture while also ensuring alignment with needed business capabilities across the enterprise. The Lead Solutions Integration -Cybersecurity is expected to have deep knowledge and past experience in the design, configuration and engineering of cybersecurity solutions. This role will act as a technology thought leader, and trusted advisor in the support of the company's evolving cybersecurity capabilities and services.

Responsible for designing architecture for Harley-Davidson at the enterprise level. This role will work collaboratively with the CISO department to shape the vision and strategy of cybersecurity for Harley-Davidson. This role will work closely with IT and business functions to anticipate, identify, and solve cybersecurity related challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead & mentor the H-D organization on cybersecurity capabilities, related architecture, and solutions.
  • Guide the extended enterprise architecture team through the creation and publishing of cybersecurity roadmaps principles, frameworks, policies, and standards aligned to business and HDI Technology Strategy.
  • Lead solution architects and technical experts to align to enterprise level architecture frameworks for cybersecurity functions such as IAM, network security, data protection and application security on strategic business projects and programs.
  • Work with project and technical teams to ensure security requirements are embedded in all layers of IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Lead the adoption of cybersecurity technologies across all IT stakeholders in support of strategic planning and innovation.
  • Lead the solution design of cybersecurity systems and have the ability to "roll up the sleeves" to help the CISO team with technical challenges if necessary
  • Research and consult with Sr Leadership to align enterprise plans with strategic architecture direction.
  • Consult with Sr H-D stakeholders and program management on planning for emerging cybersecurity needs.
  • Define and document domain strategies, target architectures as well as innovation opportunities.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

    • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical discipline highly preferred.



Experience Requirements

Required



  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Broad technology knowledge of cloud-based architecture/platforms and core manufacturing applications (ERP, CRM, SRM, PLM) and related platform vendors.
  • Expert skills in cybersecurity for hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures
  • Expert skills in security at least two of the following areas:

    • Identity and access management
    • Platform protection
    • Security operations
    • Data security


  • Demonstrated experience in using various methodologies for building security architectures across hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in technical security engineering for hybrid environment cybersecurity solutions in IAM, network security, data protection and application security.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting and influencing company-wide strategic architecture/technical direction.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of architecture for business programs/projects. Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support of architecture best practices to all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing architecture technology standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal and able to effectively operate with executives, within a matrix organization, geographically distributed, and across different time zones.
  • An adaptable personality type, with ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing technical environment is required.
  • We need a clear crisp communicator across all levels of the organization and someone that can lean into continuous improvement, continuous learning and staying close to an ever-evolving industry, changing business needs and threat landscapes.



Preferred



  • Microsoft Azure Certified Security Architect
  • Experience with EA Tools, enterprise architecture repositories and meta-modeling and Microsoft security-based technologies.
  • Certification or experience with enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
  • ITIL Foundation level certification.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
