Job Summary Accountable for all aspects related to the planning, budget, management, direction, and performance of the Department of Laboratory and Pathology at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) and Johns Hopkins Specialty Physicians. Responsible to ensure the department, point of care, and ancillary laboratory sites are compliant with all regulatory agencies including but not limited to CAP, CLIA, TJC, and the FDA. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the Medical Director for both operations and the professional component and for driving excellence throughout the assigned areas. Acts as a partner of the leadership team and patriciates in strategic planning and realization of goals for the laboratory and pathology. Qualifications
Salary Range: Minimum $129,000 per year - Maximum $160,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
