Partner with the best

As the Permian Area Technical Manager, you will be engaging with our internal and external customers and helping define and execute our strategic vision for the Service Delivery Technical Team. You will be part of a highly trained team focused on meeting customer needs through the right chemical solutions.

As the Permian ATM, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your teams operate at the highest technical level
  • Standardized field evaluation methodology, SOPs, competencies, etc.
  • Collaborating with the internal and external customers to establish solutions to meet their requirements
  • Working directly with the Area Director and Area Sales Director to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service delivery
  • Providing technical support, tender support, and service to our customers for the Permian Basin and working with the greater NAL team as needed
  • Analyzing data and communicate results through presentation and documentation to various groups and customers
  • Traveling to the various field locations to ensure cohesion, mentorship to newer employees with hands-on training, etc.
  • Working with the other SD Technical Leaders and SMEs to support NAL

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. A Masters or above is preferred.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of oilfield chemicals experience.
  • Live in the Permian Basin; preference of Midland/Odessa, TX.
  • Be willing to travel into the oilfield for customer engagement, mentorship, training, or other business needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English.
