ATS is seeking Mission Managers/Targeters/FMV Specialiststo support a client's operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The positions require an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives. The mission is highly significant, and promises some very compelling work.

Program Requirements:
  • 24x7x365 rotating shift schedule - 5 Days (6a-2p), weekend, 5 Shift (2p - 10p), 3 day weekend, 5 nights (10p - 6a), 5 days off, repeat...
  • TDYs of a 30 - 45 day rotation. First year no deployments, second year one or two, third yearone.
  • 3 year requirement to remain on contract
