Best of all, our team members share in the success resulting from that growth. * We offer competitive vacation and 13 paid holidays The Division Sourcing and Procurement Manager has full responsibility for managing the direction and daily activities of the Commercial Flight Control Division's procurement of raw materials, parts, components and operating supplies required for production of commercial aerospace products. Responsible for developing and executing strategies for identifying new and second source suppliers, partnering to qualify new suppliers, managing work transfer from one supplier to another. Also is responsible for leading Best Cost Region strategy. Responsible for embracing and driving lean enterprises systems throughout the procurement process. This role has multiple direct reports including a purchasing manager, materials manager. Position will directly report to the Division Supply Chain Director and will interact with all levels of Division management, including operational, engineering, quality control, marketing and finance. Key supplier and key customer contact required.
