The Opportunity:

The International Admissions Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Prescott Campus seeks a dynamic International Agent Coordinator. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with international education agents to bolster admissions and enrollment initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive training sessions for partnered entities to ensure precise and up-to-date representation of the university's brand.
  • Supervising the creation and dissemination of PR materials such as press releases and social media content.
  • Initiating and cultivating relationships with potential partners to expand the university's network.
  • Monitoring contract details and updating agreements as needed.
  • Maintaining a database of students engaged through our partners and managing commission payments.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and campus developments that may impact our partnerships.

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive international recruitment efforts and strengthen the university's global presence.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree

Experience working with International Admissions and Recruitment, International Student Services, and/or Study Abroad.

Possess strong understanding of higher education, student programming, and cultural sensitivity. Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and leadership skills.

Excellent customer service skills with ability to carry out presentations, networking, and building long-lasting relationships.

Self-motivated and self-assured.

Analytical skills with knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.

Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
