Job Summary
Seeking an undergraduate student who is interested in Microbiology. Morning and afternoon shifts available. Approximately 6-12 hours a week providing assistance preparing materials for teaching labs.
Essential Functions

  • Cleaning and autoclaving glassware
  • Autoclaving lab waste
  • Assisting with preparation of test reagents
  • Assisting with preparation of culture media
  • Assisting with preparation of bacterial cultures
  • Cleaning teaching labs
  • Setting up teaching labs

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled student at Auburn University, pursuing a microbiology (or related) degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 semesters of employment.
Pay Rate $8.00/hour
Work Hours 6-12
