BASIC PURPOSE: Performs a variety of moderately complex chemical analyses on water, wastewater and air, using prescribed procedures. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of a Laboratory Supervisor, WQCHM, I, II, III. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
