Responsibilities

If you wish to contribute to the Prime Healthcare legacy as a Chief Operating Officer for a hospital within our family of acute care hospitals (or one of our future hospitals), we invite you to join our executive leadership network to begin exploring immediate and future opportunities.



Qualifications

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in business or related field required.

2. Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.

3. Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.

4. Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.

5. Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.

6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially

Preferred qualifications:

1. Masters degree in business or related field preferred.
