From your PASSION to ours

The Financial Analyst position will be a highly motivated, independent, self-starter professional responsible for budgeting, reporting & analysis of our US IT spend.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Collaborate with IT Leadership & ELT across all US Business Units to plan IT Capital (Capex) Expenditures.
  • Work together with IT Finance team members to jointly consolidate our IT Operating Expense (Opex) Budget line items.
  • Build budgets for Capex Projects with an IT component.
  • Analyze financial data & provide cash flow forecasting support.
  • Create & maintain financial reports including Opex monthly analysis and Capex project score cards.
  • Provide financial guidance to project managers and recommend courses of action.
  • Collect project financial requirements to prepare & submit Capital Requests to France.
  • Forecast Capital Project closures to accurately plan depreciation expense.
  • Work with IT vendors for Opex & Capex to understand current spend.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting to project cash flow.
  • Analyze & monitor trends to ensure projects are within Capital Budget approval levels.
  • Support IT PMO team with financial information.
Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business discipline required.
  • MBA or CPA a plus.

Experience

  • Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another appropriate discipline.
  • Proven capability to use MS Office applications including Excel.
  • Must be a strong team player who is able to work with team members at various levels in the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
  • Ability to motivate others & work collaboratively.

Skills / Abilities

  • Requires demonstrated skills in finance including planning, analysis & accounting.
  • Strong Work Ethic & Initiative; do what is required to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail & organization.
  • Comfortable communicating to all levels of the Organization.
  • Prioritization, organization, time management a must.
  • Work cross-functionally; engage others professionally in all settings (corporate / industrial)
  • Capacity to travel if required.
