JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Crisis Services, the Program Manager of Crisis Services consistently demonstrates a high-level clinical performance, leadership, organizational skills, and abilities promoting a departmental culture of excellence. The Program Manager of Crisis Services, is responsible for providing operational oversight for assigned team members and the services they provide. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's degree in a related field of counseling, psychology, or social work, Professional License preferred. 1-3 years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor providing clinical screenings, crisis intervention services, or conducting clinical intake assessments. Responsive to clinical supervision and supervisory guidance. Ability to cultivate and work within a positive team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer and typing skills. Years of Experience One to three years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor providing clinical screenings, crisis intervention services, or conducting clinical intake assessments. Certification/Licensure PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Standing - 10% Sitting - 90% Squatting - Occasional Kneeling - Occasional Bending - Occasional Driving - Occasional Lifting - Occasional Time Type: Full timePay Range: $48,300.00--$67,700.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
