POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role you will oversee the maintenance and operations of company facilities to ensure safety, efficiency, and proper upkeep. Key responsibilities include managing building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety), coordinating projects (renovations, repairs, installations), and handling budgets and timelines. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA) through regular inspections and audits.
Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee work quality. Resource allocation involves managing inventory and supplies. You will also develop emergency response plans for equipment failures or disasters and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance, providing updates to senior management. The role requires technical knowledge, project management, and leadership skills to support the organization's operations effectively.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. PROFIT SHARING: In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
