Medica's Commercial Product Specialist III, Large Group Fully Insured, is responsible for collaborating with the Commercial Product team and internal departments on the development and deployment of new and existing Large Group Fully Insured products. This role will complete product analysis, implementation activities, research product/program challenges, and identify trends for improvements that are incorporated into a 3-5 year roadmap. Key Accountabilities:
The Product Specialist reports to the Large Group Fully Insured Product Development Manager and works with internal stakeholders within Actuary, Underwriting, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing. Qualifications:

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the Minnetonka or Madison office for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership. The full salary range for this position is $54,100 - $92,800. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
